BellySatva Holistic Health is an approach to wellness that is free of dogma and pursues paths that are indulgent, intuitive, and inspired. The name, a play on the concept of bodhisatva or enlightened wisdom-being in Buddhism, refers to the higher intuition of the body, particularly the power of the core, in guiding the path to healing.  BellySatva services utilize natural remedies for healing to guide clients towards their health goals, from the  nourishing, healing power of food, to the therapeutics of Thai Yoga Therapy and yoga . We know that food is our most powerful medicine and understand that emotional wellbeing (or lack thereof) manifests throughout the body.  Most importantly we honor the bio-individuality and unique needs of each client, and believe that true transformation comes from tapping into what her body is saying.
